By creating an account or using Cloenza ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cloenza is a SaaS platform that provides website auditing, AI-powered insights, proposal generation, client reporting, and lead discovery tools for digital marketing agencies and freelancers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Cloenza offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Gumroad. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) scrape or harvest data from the Service; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without permission; (e) use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have permission to audit.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Cloenza. Reports, proposals, and audit outputs generated using the Service are owned by you. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store only the data necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party APIs including Google PageSpeed Insights and Google Gemini AI. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit results, AI insights, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloenza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
