We collect: (a) Account information — email address and password when you sign up; (b) Usage data — audit projects, client profiles, reports, and settings you create within the Service; (c) Website data — publicly available information from websites you submit for auditing; (d) Payment information — handled entirely by Gumroad; we never store your card details.

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; send transactional emails (audit completion, password reset); respond to support requests; analyse aggregate usage to improve features. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage) hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.

We share data with the following third parties solely to provide the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Google Gemini AI — AI-powered insight generation (website data is sent to generate reports)
• Google PageSpeed Insights — Lighthouse audit scores (website URLs are sent to Google)
• Gumroad — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and all associated content (projects, clients, reports) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and data; export your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

We use essential session cookies only — required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service.
